Forty7 Forty8 will be marketed under the brand name “Ephraim”, developed as a luxury, sustainable, slow fashion brand which bridges the gap between diffusion and prét-a-porter. Ephraim’s ethos of creating trans-seasonal, sustainable collections is reflective of the current socio-economic discussions regarding sustainable fashion and over-consumption within the fashion industry whilst also addressing the societal shift occurring within consumers to purchase high quality garments which are sustainably produced and responsibly sourced. Forty7 Forty8 was developed to be a trans-seasonal collection, addressing the current societal shift towards slow fashion and sustainability.
